GROUND RULES
1.     7 Major events – Maximum of 60 entries per event.
2.     If more than sixty (60) contestants enter in the 7 major events the qualifications will be as follows:
-       2014 CFR Qualifiers
-       2014 NFR Qualifiers
-       2015 CPRA standings as of TBA
-       2015 PRCA standings as of TBA
-       Full Cards
-       Semi Pro Members
-       Permits
(If more than 60 contestants entered after Semi Pros/Permits have been drawn out, contestants with the least amount of money won in the 2015 standings as of entry date will be drawn out.  If there are any positions left for full cards who do not have any money won – a random draw will be done to determine draw outs).
3.     The barrel racing pattern will be set up so the barrel racers enter the arena from the north end gate.  This is necessary to alleviate the possibility of an accident involving barrel racers and pedestrians trying to cross the track.
4.     Portable pens set up beside trailers may not be larger than 10 feet x 10 feet
5.     Contestants selected to be introduced each day as representatives of their event will participate either by riding into the arena from the south end gate or waving from the chute
6.     Timed event contestants must stay behind the large gated until they are on deck and must vacate the arena immediately upon completion of their run.  This is necessary to allow the spectators in the south end of the grand stand to be able to see the timed events in an unhindered manner.
7.     During performances the high score/fast time of the day for each event will be recognized with a victory lap.  Contestants are asked to participate.
8.     Disrespect towards WLSA volunteers, committee members, or paid employees will not be tolerated
9.     Due to heavy traffic and congestion during the rodeo, contestants are asked to park only in the infield area designated for contestant parking.
