1. No Cross Entries in Novice Events


- Rodeo grounds are located at the Millarville Racing & Ag Society grounds, where the Millarville Farmers Market is held. The address is: 306097 -192 Street Millarville, Alberta. That is the corner of Highway 549 & 192 Street West. A direction map is included on

- Contestants will use a separate contestant entrance and parking area. Parking attendant will direct you to a parking sport, and help you park (Follow their Directions)

- Contestants check into the rodeo office that is located in a trailer by the sand directly east of the rodeo arena.

- The order of each performance is as followed: Ladies Barrel Racing, Bareback Riding, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie Down Roping, Mutton Busting, Wild Pony Racing, Intermission – Drill Team, Novice Bareback Riding, Novice Saddle Bronc Riding, Ladies Breakaway Roping, Junior Steer Riding, Team Roping, Bull Riding

- Slack will follow the same order as the performance.

- No riding is permitted in the outdoor arena 2 hours prior to the start of each performance, nor prior to the start of slack.

- No riding in the indoor arena.

- Contestants please DO NOT clean out your truck and trailer on the rodeo grounds, or parking area. There are bins located in the contestant area for manure, and separate bins for garbage.

- Contestant information packages and a beverage ticket are in the Rodeo office at check in.

- Companion pass holders must enter through the CPRA Rodeo Office and receive their companion wristband, and enter the companion viewing area via the security at the entry point. Companion passes will not be valid at any other entry point.

- All contestants and companions have free admission to the rodeo dance on Saturday August 22, 2020, by presenting their rodeo cards or with a wristband.

- Wear Read on Friday, August 21, 2020 to salute to our troops

- Okotoks Pro Rodeo will be hosting Chute Tours with their sponsors and would appreciate if you would advise the Rodeo Secretary if you are available to help with hosting a tour, or you can contact Renne Reidy by email:
