| 1. SB, BB, BR QUALIFICATIONS: Maximum 48 based on Top 50 blended CPRA/PRCA standings as of July 5, 2022. Remaining positions If any of the qualification categories are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders. |
| 2. SW, TDR, TR, LBR, BAW QUALIFICATIONS: Maximum 75 based on Top 100 blended CPRA/PRCA/WPRA standings as of July 5, 2022. Remaining positions If any of the qualification categories are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders. |
| 3. RE-ENTRIES ALL EVENT: If needed, will be accepted for available positions 48 hours after entries close from 8am-2pm. See rodeo entry information on rodeo schedule. A contestant that re-enters will not be placed in a position that conflicts with his position at another association rodeo or event. |
| 4. ALTERNATE PROCEDURE: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn-outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re-entry up to the 24 hours prior to rodeo turn out deadline. If stock has already been drawn in the rough stock they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock for that performance and all re-ride stock for that performance. |
| * If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turnout or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, they will be responsible for the entry fee. If a contestant properly doctor releases they will not be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant is a non-notified turn-out they will be responsible to pay entry fees whether they are replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR's and VIR's). |
| 5. Spares will be used for reruns in all timed events |
| 6. Novice SB, BB, JSR are Friday July 29 and Sat July 30 |
| 7. Only contestants entered in the event being run will be allowed in the arena at any time |
| 8. No pre-conditioning of timed event cattle |
| 9. Wild West Bronc Riding – will be added to performance if needed |
| 10. No cross entries from novice to open |
| 11. Arena will be closed 2 hours prior to the slack and performances |

SB, BB, BR: $200
TDR, SW, TR: $250
LBR: $225
NSB, NBB: $40
JSR: $50
BAW: $150
+CRES & other associate fees with be charged in addition to all entry fees as per the rule book.
*BR – Does not include Day Money.
