GROUND RULES:

1. Bull Riding: 40 contestants maximum - If more than 40 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA standing as of June 3, 2019 will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders.

1st Go: June 28th - June 30th
2nd Go: July 1st
No day money 2nd go
Turn out/Alternates: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn-outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re-entry up to the 3 hours prior to rodeo turn out deadline. If stock has already been drawn in the rough stock, they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock for that performance and all re-ride stock for that performance. * If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turnout or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, they will be responsible for the entry fee. If a contestant properly doctor releases they will not be responsible for entry fees.

2. Ladies Barrel Racing: Maximum of 12 contestants per performance. No tractor rake during the performance. Hand rake will be set by judges and committee.

3. Steer Wrestling: Maximum 14 contestants per performance.

4. Novice Bull Riding & Steer Riding: July 1st performance only. No cross entries to bull riding from NBR.

1. Event order NBB, NSB, TDR, BB, SW, SB, Intermission, LBR, TR, BR
2. Pony Race & Mini Buckers during intermission
3. Junior rodeo 1 hour prior to rodeo
4. No arena access 1 hour prior to Jr Rodeo or between Jr rodeo & Pro rodeo
5. TR will count for All Around & High Point Awards
6. Buckles for all event winners
7. All Around Award & Don Beddoes Memorial High Point Award
8. No dogs permitted on the rodeo grounds
