GROUND RULES:
1. No cross entries in the novice events
CONTESTANT INFORMATION:
- Performance Order: LBR, BB, SW, SB, TDR, INTERMISSION, DRILL TEAM, MUTTON BUSTIN, WILD PONY RACING, NBB, NSB, NBR, SR, TR, BR
- Slack Order: LBR, SW, TDR, TR
- Contestants will use a separate entrance and parking area. Parking attendant will direct you to a parking spot and help you park - follow signs.
- Contestants check in to the rodeo office located in a trailer on the south end of the rodeo arena.
- Companion pass holders must enter through the rodeo office entrance and check in with security at that entry point and collect their wrist band. Companion passes will not be accepted at any other entry point.
- Contestant information package and drink ticket at the rodeo office at check in.
- No riding in the indoor arena.
- Arena will be closed 2 hours prior to the start of each performance and slack.
- Please do not clean your trucks and trailers out on the rodeo grounds or parking area. There are bins located in the contestant area for manure.
- All contestant and companions have free admission to the rodeo dance on Saturday August 24th by presenting their rodeo cards or wristband.
- Friday august 23rd is Salute to Our Troops night- please wear red
Directions from Calgary:
Head West on Highway 22X W toward Bragg Creek, Turner Valley: 23.0 km
Turn South at Cowboy Trail or Highway 22 South (signs for Turner Valley/Black Diamond/Millarville): 13.0 km
Turn East at Secondary Highway 549: 1.6 km
Take the 1st right onto Range Road 30 (192nd Street): 600 m
The entrance gate is on the right side of the Range Road 30
Directions from Okotoks:
Head West of Okotoks on Secondary Highway 549: 25.5 km to Range Road 30 (192nd Street)
Turn South on Range Road 30: 600m
The entrance gate is on the left side of Range Road 30
