- SB, BB, BR, LBR - one (1) go round with a final. The top ten (10) in each event will compete in the short go on Sunday, June 23.
- SB, BB, BR - maximum of forty-eight (48) contestants. If more than forty-eight (48) contestants enter in the rough stock events, the 2012 C.P.R.A. standings, blended with the 2012 P.R.C.A. standings will be used to determine draw outs.
- TDR, SW, TR Ð two (2) go rounds with a final. The top ten on 2 head will compete in the short go on Sunday, June 23.
- First (1st) go round of SW, TDR, TR to be held Wednesday June 19 at 8am
- Enter for second (2nd) go round, position will be reversed into the first (1st) go round
- Second (2nd) go round trades permitted
- LBR - no semi pro or permits
- LBR slack is Thursday, June 20 ONLY.
- Once a performance has started, the arena will not be harrowed or disked.
- $3,000 will be held out in each of the six (6) major events and team roping for the finals.
- An additional $50 fee will be added to all contestants entry fees (except the steer riding) to be added to the finals money
- Pre-conditioning of cattle will be Tuesday, June 18 @ 7:00pm
- No portable corrals or pens will be erected until after the slack on Thursday, June 20. Failure to comply will result in a two hundred and fifty ($250) fine.
- All horses are to be kept outside of the rodeo arena one hour prior and during slack and while the tractor is in the infield. Only the next contestant to go is to have their horse(s) in the arena.
SB, BB, BR, TDR, SW, LBR, TR
- Top ten (10), ties will be broken by the current Canadian Standings as of June 19, 2013
Turning Out of Finals
- Contestants who turn out of the Finals must notify the local rodeo office by Sunday, June 23, 2013 no later than 12:00 noon MDT
- A two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) turn out fine will apply if contestant fails to notify by the specified time.
- Contestants who are a notified turnout or contestants who are unavailable at the start of the section of their event will be replaced by the next available contestant; next is defined by the 2013 Wainwright Stampede standings.
- SB, BB, BR, TDR, SW, LBR, TR - Wainwright Stampede reserves the right to roll contestants into the Finals (to total 10 contestants) in the event of turn outs. In case of ties between 11- 12 etc., tie breaker rules to decide the next contestant into the finals due to turnouts will be as follows:
- SB, BB, BR, TDR, SW, LBR, TR the current Canadian Standings as of June 19, 2013 will be used to break any ties for the ten (10) contestants/event in the finals.
- Contestants who are rolled into the finals due to turnouts must have a qualified ride/time. |
