- The barrel racing pattern will be set up so the barrel racers enter the arena from the north end gate. This is necessary to alleviate the possibility of an accident involving barrel racers and pedestrians trying to cross the track.
- Portable pens set up beside trailers may not be larger than 10 feet x 10 feet
- Contestants selected to be introduced each day as representatives of their event will participate either by riding into the arena from the south end gate or waving from the chute
- Timed event contestants must stay behind the large gated until they are on deck and must vacate the arena immediately upon completion of their run. This is necessary to allow the spectators in the south end of the grand stand to be able to see the timed events in an unhindered manner.
- During paid performances the high score/fast time of the day for each event will be recognized with a victory lap. Contestants are asked to participate.
- Contestant companion seating will be available in the South end of the main grandstand.
