| Ground Rules: |
| 1. Contestants must pick up garbage and bale twine as well as spread out the manure from around the trailers. |
| 2. Garbage containers are provided within the grounds and all garbage must be placed in garbage cans. |

| Contestant Information |
- Airport pickup may be available but must be arranged a minimum of 48 hours in advance. (The same applies for return trips to the airport). Our drivers are volunteers, the rate for the taxi from Winnipeg Airport is approximately $135.00 (one way), so we encourage you to give us as much noticed as possible that that we can try to pair you with a volunteer driver. Due to the distance and number of volunteers required you may be required to wait for other contestants for pick up and drop off. We encourage and appreciate if you can help us by coordinating arrival and groups for transport in advance of the start date. *We do not guarantee the availability of a volunteer for pick up/drop off.
- Presidents Reception will be help Thursday July 21st. Contestants are invited to attend, an RSVP is required to vasevent@mymts.net by July 4.
- Roping Demo – We would like to invite contestants to volunteer in roping demo events. Schedule: Thursday, Friday at 3pm, Saturday, Sunday time TBA. If you are available to participate please email Dawn at vas@mymts.net
- VIP Experience – We are hoping to arrange daily VIP interactions with Contestants and our VIP ticket holders after each performance.
