CONTESTANT INFORMATION:

  • Sponsor meet and greet with food Saturday night starting at 5pm in the curling rink lounge. All contestants and family are welcome to attend.
  • Contestants will be given a commemorative 10th anniversary back number at the office to wear while competing.
  • Contestants must enter the Omniplex via the door on the south side of the arena.
  • Parking of trucks and trailers behind old rodeo grounds grandstand only. The circled area. Check the link to view map of parking area. No parking by ball diamonds or on any grass.
  • There are bins onsite, in the parking area. Use if cleaning trailer and area. Only put organic material in bin. 
  • LBR pattern to be marked Wednesday Apr 30 between 3pm – 6pm.
  • Arena will be open for riding Thursday 8-9AM, Friday 1-3PM, Saturday 1-3PM, Sunday 8-9AM. These times are subject to change.
  • There is a warmup arena available on the east side of the Omniplex. There is to be no riding on any grassy area, or in the trees on the frisbee golf course. Only ride in the warmup arena. Any Violators will be reported to the CPRA office. 
  • Any contestants who have questions, concerns, or comments are to direct them to a committee member and not to any town employees or volunteers.

+CRES & other associate fees with be charged in addition to all entry fees as per the rule book.
