Maximum of 48 rough stock contestants in each event (top 100 contestants blended CPRA/PRCA as of May 29th. 2026.
If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders
Ground Rules:
- Re-Entries: will be accepted for available positions at a time set by the CPRA after entries close to coincide with other entry schedules (typically all events for a particular weekend that require re-entries will be held on the same day) from 10am-12pm. See rodeo entry information on rodeo schedule. A contestant that re-enters will not be placed in a position that conflicts with his position at another CPRA rodeo or event. Additionally, if all spots are full on initial entry, a contestant that re-enters will be added to the alternate list (where accepted) but will be placed at the bottom of the list below those that entered on original entry day regardless of qualifications.
- Standardized Alternate Replacement Procedure will be in place for this event based on CPRA 2026 Rulebook (standardized groundrules)
- Walk up Replacement (implemented for 2026 season) will be in place for this event based on CPRA 2026 Rulebook (standardized ground rules)
* Any contestant that is a replacement will be responsible for entry fees. Any contestant that notifies a doctor release, visible release, vet release, draw out, or a notified turnout will still be responsible for any entry fees they would incur regardless if replaced or not. Doctor releases are not responsible for entry fees as an example.
4. No cross entries in the Saddle Bronc
Contestant Info:
– LBR and BAW slack Thursday morning June 18, all contestants asked to leave after slack to allow parking for Thursday evening perf and Friday slack, must try to keep off Town property.
– CR, SW and TR slack Friday June 19
– LBR is first event in all perfs and Thursday slack
– Max 12 in each event during perf, remainder to run in slack, no exceptions
– No riding in arena 2 hours prior to any perf or slack
– No pop up barrels in Arena at any time
– No running barrel horses on pattern
– Gist Championship buckles in all Events

BAW: $175

JSR: $80
+CRES, Circuit, & other associate fees with be charged in addition to all entry fees as per the rule book.
