About the Precision Rodeo Series
Precision Drilling and Precision Well Servicing are returning once again to offer the Precision Rodeo Series. Both organizations are excited to support rodeo athletes in their pursuit of excellence. They believe in empowering individuals who demonstrate dedication and skill in their fields and by sponsoring these aspiring professionals, Precision hopes to contribute to their growth and success, ultimately benefiting the entire community.
The Series include eleven events across western Canada kicking off May 16 in Falkland, BC and wrapping up in Hanna, AB in September. Contestants can earn points at all 10 events, with the top point earner in each major event (per side in Team Roping) and the top Breakaway Roper earning the Precision Rodeo Series Championship. Each winner will take home a $1,000 cash prize. Points will be awarded based on event placings—60 points for 1st place down to 10 points for 6th place—as well as a bonus 25 points for every event in the Series that a contestant enters.
