- Re-Entries: will be accepted for available positions at a time set by the CPRA after entries close to coincide with other entry schedules (typically all events for a particular weekend that require re-entries will be held on the same day) from 10am-12pm. See rodeo entry information on rodeo schedule. A contestant that re-enters will not be placed in a position that conflicts with his position at another CPRA rodeo or event. Additionally, if all spots are full on initial entry, a contestant that re-enters will be added to the alternate list (where accepted) but will be placed at the bottom of the list below those that entered on original entry day regardless of qualifications.
- Standardized Alternate Replacement Procedure will be in place for this event based on CPRA 2026 Rulebook (standardized ground rules)
- Walk up Replacement (implemented for 2026 season) will be in place for this event based on CPRA 2026 Rulebook (standardized groundrules)
* Any contestant that is a replacement will be responsible for entry fees. Any contestant that notifies a doctor release, visible release, vet release, draw out, or a notified turnout will still be responsible for any entry fees they would incur regardless if replaced or not. Doctor releases are not responsible for entry fees as an example.
Qualifications: Maximum 30 contestants
- Top 100 blended CPRA/PRCA from the 2025 standings and the 2026 standings as of April 17th 2026, will be used to determine draw outs.
Remaining positions, if any of the qualification categories are not filled by contestants with dollars won, will be filled by first the final 2025 CPRA standings, the 2025 PRCA standings, then a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders.
Format:
- One Go round with Top eight (8) advancing to finals.
- Top eight (8) will then pick their own finals stock out of a pen of twelve (12). First (1st) place coming into the finals getting first pick down to eighth (8th). The remaining four (4) horses will be the finals re-rides (randomly drawn order). If there are not eight (8) qualified rides during the long go, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw. If the 8th place is tied going into the finals, the tie will be broken by highest marked spur ride from the long go, if still tied, spots will be determined by random draw by the judges.
- Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the aggregate.
