GROUND RULES:

1. Only two timed-event contestants or teams are allowed in the arena at a time. Once a contestant or team exits, the next may enter.

CONTESTANT INFORMATION:

  • Each contestant will receive a meal coupon for the Volunteer Appreciation Room. Family members, companions, and guests may purchase meals in the Volunteer Appreciation Room.
  • All volunteers, committee members, staff, contestants, and spectators must be treated with respect, courtesy, and dignity. Behavior that undermines the dignity or well-being of others will be addressed according to the CPRA and the Leduc Black Gold Pro Rodeo Association standards and processes.
  • Parking is only permitted in designated areas (see map)
  • Contestants are not permitted in the arena within 1.5 hours of the rodeo start time.
  • Personal horses may not be left in the arena overnight.
  • The outdoor arena is available for warming up horses. Overnight penning in the outdoor arena may be allowed with permission and is done at the owner’s risk.
  • Fines will be issues to contestants who do not follow these ground rules.

SB, BB, BR: $70
TDR, SW, TR (per side): $175
LBR: $150
BAW: $125
NSB, NBB: $80

+CRES, Circuit, & other associate fees with be charged in addition to all entry fees as per the rule book.
