GROUND RULES:
- BB, SB, BR – Maximum thirty-six (36) entries. If more than 36 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA top 50 standing as of entry date, will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders. With a maximum of Twelve (12) contestants per performance.
- SW, TDR, TR, LBR – Maximum seventy-five (75) entries If more than 75 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA/WPRA top 100 standings as of entry date, will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders. With a maximum of Twelve (12) contestants per performance.
- Alternate Procedure: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re-entry up to the end of workday first day of the rodeo. After the end of the workday of the first day of the rodeo it will flip to a walk-up replacements list. Contestants on the replacement list will then be given the option to be put into that open spot 90 minutes before the rodeo if they give notice to the secretary’s office at the rodeo. If stock has already been drawn in the roughstock, they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock for that performance and all re-ride stock for that performance.
- Re-Entries: if needed, will be accepted for available positions. See rodeo entry information on rodeo schedule. A contestant that re-enters will not be places in a position that conflicts with his position at another association, rodeo, or event.
- Only contestants entered in the event being run will be allowed in the arena at that time.
- If an animal escapes for any reason a spare will be used.
- Pre-conditioning of timed event cattle, if necessary, will be done before slack Thursday July 24.
- The arena will not be open for riding, but the contestants may use the sand ring arena to do so.
- No Walk-Up Entries allowed.
