Ground Rules |
• Points will count toward the 2013 Cdn Standings |
• Maximum of 30 contestants |
• Top 15 from the 2012 Canadian Standings |
• Top 15 from the 2013 Canadian Standings as of July 8, 2013 |
• If there is any overlap of qualifying contestants, will go down the 2012 Canadian Standings to fill the 30 positions |
• Permits accepted as required to fill the 30 positions |
• A maximum of six (6) contestants will advance to the short go and compete on one (1) head |
• All ties will be decided by the back judge for short go entry. If less than six (6) qualify for short go, a random draw will be made from contestants receiving a no score to fill finals positions. |
• First bull bucks at 7:00p.m. MDT. Contestants must have all fees paid at least 30 minutes prior to start time so be loaded and alternates added to program.stock can |

Long Go: 30% of prize money after deductions |
Average: 70% of prize money after deductions |
Short Go: $1000 split 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% |
Go Round Splits: 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% |
Average Splits: 35%, 25%, 15%, 10%, 8%, 7% |

Ground Rules for a Car |
• Winner has to be able to get Canadian Financing. If not, the car will go to the next bull rider down the line. |
• Winner has to be able to get Canadian Registration and Insurance, if not the car goes to the next bull rider down the line. |
• Winner is responsible to pay the sales tax if not from Alberta, Hanna Chrysler pays the G.S.T. |
• Car has to come back to Hanna Chrysler for servicing at least every 20,000 km or the lease can be pulled. |
• Bull riders will receive 100 points for entering and competing in the bull riding at Hanna Pro Rodeo for the current year added to the points going towards the car. |
• Points from the score in the long round at Oyen & points from the score at the Hanna Pro Rodeo bull riding events will be also added into the above formula. |
• If after this formula, there is a tie the car lease be the awarded to the bull rider (in the tie) with the highest score from the two (2) events in the above formula. |
• If there is still a tie, the finals score from Oyen (short go) of the tied competitors will break the tie. |
• If there is still a tie, the car will be awarded to the bull riders in the tie that is highest in the current years Canadian Standings. |
• If there is still a tie, a coin flip by the judges will determine the winner of the lease between the tied competitors. |
