| GROUND RULES: |
• BB, SB, BR – Maximum thirty-six (35) entries. If more than 35 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA top 50 standing as of entry date, will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders.

| • SW, TDR, TR, LBR - Maximum seventy-five (75) entries with ten (10) contestants on Thursday July 27th and twelve (12) contestants per performance on Friday July 28 & July 29. If more than 75 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA/WPRA top 100 standings as of entry date, will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders. |
| • Only contestants entered in the event being run will be allowed in the arena at that time. |
| • All TDR are to enter from the back of the box in slack and performances. |
| • Pre-conditioning of timed event cattle, if necessary, will be done before slack Thursday July 27 |
| • Marking of the barrel pattern to be done no later than Monday, July 25, 2023 |

| • Start times for perfs is Grand Entry start time, perf to start around 20 minutes later |
| • Driving Directions: from the intersection on HWY #1 and Dunmore Rd turn north onto Carry Drive (Scotia Bank on Corner), continue approximately 2 kms: look for “Contestants Entry” sign, on Cuyler Road, turn left and to back of Stampede grounds gate. |
