GROUND RULES:

1. BB, SB, BR – Maximum thirty-six (36) entries with maximum of twelve (12) contestants per performance. If more than 36 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA standing as of July 2, 2019 will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders.

2. SW, TDR, TR, LBR - Maximum seventy-five (75) entries with ten (10) contestants on Thursday July 26th and twelve (12) contestants per performance on Friday July 27 & July 28. If more than 75 contestants entered blended CPRA/PRCA standing as of July 2, 2019 will be used to determine draw outs. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders, then semi-pro card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders.

3. Performance priority will be given to 2016- 2018 Canadian & World Champions (in event entering) and 2018 CFR & NFR qualifiers.

4. Only contestants entered in the event being run will be allowed in the arena at that time.

5. All TDR are to enter from the back of the box in slack and performances.

6. Pre-conditioning of timed event cattle, if necessary, will be done before slack Thursday July 25.
