| CONTESTANT INFORMATION: |
| - Support our Troops, wear Red – Friday, July 13, 2018 |
| - Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team will be on site for all 3 main performances. |
| - All contestants are invited for the TP Backstage Pass Lunch each day before the main performance starting at 11:00am. This will be hosted north of the rodeo arena, inside the track at the church. |
| - TP Backstage Pass Program: Depending on the number of TP Backstage Pass sponsorship sold, will determines how much extra prize money will be added over and above the $6,000 base added money and also determine how many contestants in each event will be sponsored. Contestants that are being sponsored will have their entry fee amount refunded to them by the Teepee Creek Stampede Association. Contestants will be chosen based on total number of sponsorships for each event and in the following order of priority -> Past CFR/NFR Champions, 2016 CFR/NFR Qualifiers, Top 12 CPRA Standings as of June 30, 2018, Contestants that entered at the Teepee Creek Stampede in 2017, All other contestants via random draw. Contestants that are sponsored will be asked to meet their sponsor on the day they compete prior to the rodeo performance at the TP Backstage Pass Lunch starting at 11:00am. |

| - Your Pro Card will give you access to all general admission and VIP areas of our grounds but you will need to produce it when asked – do not be surprised by this. |
| - Contestants and companions MUST produce their valid 2018 CPRA to enter our grounds and you must have it on your person at all times. Do not show up without a pro card and expect to enter our grounds – if you do, expect to pay admission |
| - The Teepee Creek Stampede reserves the right to increase the added prize money in all events – the amount of the increase above $6,000 added will depend on sponsorship sales for the TP Backstage Pass Program (see contestant information for additional information). |
| - Any disrespect towards rodeo committee and/or our volunteers will NOT be tolerated & you will be removed from our grounds whether the incident occurs before, during, or after your event. ZERO TOLERANCE policy in place and will be strictly enforced by Pro Rodeo Officials and the Teepee Creek Stampede Committee. |
| - No dogs in the grandstand or running lose on the grounds. |
| - Smoking in designated areas only – never in the grandstands. |
| - Please leave the grounds as you found them – take your garbage with you or put it in the provided dumpsters. Please do not clean out your horse trailer in the contestant parking area. |
| - Parking available in Contestant Parking area only. Please obey no parking signs – if you do not, your vehicle will be towed at your expense. |
| - Directions: Hwy 43 NW Edmonton towards Grande Prairie, to Hwy 733 – turn north for 10 miles to Hwy 674 – turn west for ¾ miles, south off hwy into grounds. Map available on our website. |
