| GROUND RULES: |
| 1. BB SB BR - Permits max to 36 max of 12 per perf |
| 2. If more then 36 contestants are entered in the rough stock events the Canadian standings as of the entry date, blended with the PRCA standings as of entry date will be used to determine draw outs. |
| 3. SW, TDR, TR permits max to 75 maximum of 12 per perf |
| 4. If more then 75 contestants are entered in the timed events the Canadian standings as of the entry date, blended with the PRCA standings as of entry date will be used to determine draw outs. |
| 5. Priority will be given to 2016 CFR and NFR qualifiers and champions |
| 6. Only contestants entered in the event being run will be allowed in the arena |
| 7. Maximum of 6 steer riders per perf |
| 8. Any preconditionuing of timed event cattle, in necessary, will be done before slack on Friday morning. |

| INCENTIVE: In a effort to encourage more entries in the BB event, an incentive will be paid to the high marked permit holders as follows : $500 split 60/40 to first and second place. |

Driving Directions: From the intersection of Highway #1 and Dunmore Road, turn North and continue down Dunmore Road to the fourth (4th) set of lights. Turn right onto 28th Street (look for overhead sign with Stampede logo) then take the third (3rd) right to Fieldhouse (Gate 1).
